INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The MARIVELES WATER DISTRICT, through the MWD Approved Budget for 2022 through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract to Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Brand New 50 KVA Generator Set, 230 Volts, 3 Phase, Silent Type with 100 Amperes Manual Transfer Switch (230 V, 3 Phase) and 100 Amperes Industrial Circuit Breaker with enclosure (230 V, 3 Phase). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Name of Contract : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW 50 KVA GEN SET WITH, 230 Volts, 3 Phase (1) UNIT MANUAL TRANSFER SWITCH (100 Amps) AND (1) UNIT INDUSTRIAL CIRCUIT BREAKER (100 Amps) Location : BRGY. MT VIEW, MARIVELES, BATAAN Delivery Period : FORTY FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract with an amount of at least 50% similar to the project. The supplier of the generator set here in the Philippines should have an ISO 9001:2015 Certified. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criterion the Eligibility Check/Screening (Eligibility Documents: 1.Accredited Supplier Certificate from the Manufacturer/ principal signed and notarized by the Philippine Consul of country of origin of the generator. 2. The supplier of the generator set must have service center in the province for quick response after the sales. 3. A certification that the Supplier/Distributor is in the Philippine Market for not less than 15 years. 4. A certification that the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Generator set is in the market for not less than 40 years. 5. Certification on the availability of parts and services which must be available in the market for not less than 15 years. 6. Delivery schedule is mandatory within 30 days upon receipt of notice to proceed. 7. Prior to delivery of the unit, it must be load test in the winning bidders warehouse using a load bank and be tested 50%, 75%, 100% for a total of 1 hour (c/o supplier). 8. The equipment meets the following standards: BS5000, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, IEC 60034, NEMA MG-1.22. And the OEM must be fully accredited ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Company.), as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). The BAC will require the interested bidder for a payment of bidding fee a non-refundable amount of ONE THOUSAND PESOS to the Mariveles Water District Cashier.
